Hi Michael - Only you will know when the time is right to engage in learning how to learn. Sometimes a learning struggle will provide the motivation to get started. Otherwise it can be related to motivation- what is it that you want to do that you have been struggling with. Make sure you watch Episode 2 and 3 for more tips which might help you personally answer that question.
